The Q7S is Hisense's quantum dot (QLED) series for big-screen gaming and films, and the 100-inch model is more than a larger version of the 55 and 65-inch sets. Hisense Hong Kong's spec sheet gives this size a 144Hz panel, where the two smaller sizes are listed at 120Hz, and a 2.1-channel sound system with a built-in woofer, rated at 45W in total. It runs Hisense's VIDAA platform, supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos, and has four HDMI inputs with HDMI 2.1 and eARC. At 50.5 kg in a carton almost 2.4 metres long, delivery needs planning before you order.

144Hz panel for consoles and PCs
Hisense Hong Kong lists the 100-inch Q7S at 144Hz, the highest refresh rate in the series, with VRR, AMD FreeSync Premium and ALLM, so the TV follows a console or PC's changing frame rate and switches to low-latency mode when a game starts. Hisense's page also shows Game Mode PRO and an on-screen Game Bar for checking refresh rate and settings. The four HDMI inputs support HDMI 2.1, eARC and CEC, but Hisense does not say how many are HDMI 2.1, so ask us before connecting a PS5 and a gaming PC together.
Quantum dot colour on a 100-inch screen
The panel pairs quantum dot colour with a direct LED backlight. Hisense lists backlight control and dynamic backlight, but this is not a Mini LED model and Hisense does not publish a dimming zone count. Brightness is listed at 400 nits for the 100-inch, against 450 nits for the 65-inch. HDR covers Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, and Filmmaker Mode turns off extra processing so films look as they were graded. It suits a living room you can dim in the evening better than a room flooded with daylight.
45W 2.1-channel sound with a woofer
Audio is where the 100-inch differs most from its smaller siblings. Hisense Hong Kong's sheet lists two 15W mid-range drivers plus a 15W woofer, 45W in total, while the 55 and 65-inch have two 10W drivers and no woofer. Dolby Atmos decoding, automatic volume levelling, lip-sync adjustment and seven sound modes, including Late Night and Speech, are included. In a large room a screen this wide still benefits from a soundbar, and the eARC input can pass Dolby Atmos to one.
Delivery and wall mounting at 100 inches
Hisense lists the carton at 2398 x 225 x 1490 mm and 75.5 kg. Many Hong Kong lifts cannot take a carton this long and tall, so the whole route must be checked with us before you order: the lift car including its diagonal, every door, corridor turns and any stairs. The TV weighs 50.5 kg without its stand, and Hisense does not publish the VESA pattern, so we confirm bracket fit on the actual unit. Wall mounting needs a solid wall, not plasterboard, and is available as a paid service.

Warranty and delivery
This is Hong Kong licensed stock carrying the manufacturer's Hong Kong warranty. The exact warranty term is stated on the warranty card supplied with the set. Viewing is available by appointment at our Kwun Tong showroom.
For a set this size, delivery with tabletop installation is HK$1,500, or delivery with wall mounting is HK$2,000 with the bracket included. Collection at the Kwun Tong showroom is free, and kerbside drop-off (we bring it to street level) is HK$200. Walk-up buildings without a lift add HK$100 per floor, with no cap. Discovery Bay adds HK$500. Cheung Chau and Lamma Island orders are delivered to the Central pier for self-collection, without installation. Before ordering, please tell us the lift size, the door and corridor width, and whether the TV wall is solid or plasterboard. Installation is a paid service and is not included in the price of the set.

Will a 100-inch carton fit into my building?
Possibly not, so it must be checked before ordering. Hisense lists the carton at 2398 x 225 x 1490 mm and 75.5 kg, which is too long and too tall for many Hong Kong lift cars. Send us the lift's internal width, depth, height and door size, plus the door widths along the route, any tight corridor turn and any stairs, and we will confirm whether delivery is possible.
How is the 100-inch different from the 55 and 65-inch Q7S?
Hisense Hong Kong's spec sheet lists 144Hz for the 100-inch against 120Hz for the smaller sizes, and 45W 2.1-channel sound with a woofer against 20W two-channel sound. It also has two aerial inputs instead of one, and brightness is listed at 400 nits against 450 nits on the 65-inch. It carries no Hong Kong energy label grade, because the scheme only covers screens up to 250 cm.
Which smart platform does it use?
Hisense Hong Kong lists VIDAA U8.5, with the VIDAA Store, Anyview Cast screen mirroring and voice control through the remote. Far-field voice control without the remote is not supported on this model, and it is not Google TV.
