The Watch Lite is the one round smartwatch on this page that OnePlus states works with an iPhone. It gets there by not running Wear OS: instead of Google's platform it uses OnePlus's own OxygenOS Watch system on a low-power microcontroller, which is also why it lasts ten days instead of two. That trade — no Google Play, much longer battery, both phone platforms supported — is the whole product.

OnePlus lists Android 9.0 and iOS 14.0 as the minimum requirements. That makes it an unusual option for iPhone users who want a round watch with proper sensors and do not want to buy into Apple's ecosystem. Note that the trade-off is real: there is no Google Play, no Gemini and none of the Wear OS app catalogue.
Ten days, not two
A 339mAh battery paired with a BES2800BP microcontroller gives up to ten days, seven under typical use and four with always-on display enabled. A ten-minute charge is rated for a day of use, and a full charge takes under 90 minutes. For anyone who wants to track sleep, that matters more than raw processing power — the watch needs to still be on your wrist at 3am.
A 1.46-inch AMOLED that lifts to 3,000 nits
The 464 x 464 AMOLED runs at 600 nits normally and 1,500 in high-brightness mode, with a 3,000-nit peak the watch triggers in its own workout modes. Always-on display is supported. The case is stainless steel with 2.5D curved glass.
Dual-band GPS at this size
Positioning is dual-band L1 + L5 across BeiDou, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS and QZSS — the same class of receiver as watches costing considerably more. There are over 100 workout modes with six auto-detected, and the case is rated 5ATM and IP68.

Frequently asked questions
What do I lose by pairing it with an iPhone rather than Android?
Core tracking, notifications and Bluetooth calling work on both. What differs is everything tied to the phone's own platform — reply shortcuts and some notification actions behave differently on iOS. OnePlus has also announced cross-platform dual-phone pairing as a future software update rather than a feature shipping today, so do not buy on that basis.
Can I pay with it?
No. The NFC chip is specified for access cards only, and OnePlus lists mobile payment as not supported.
How is this different from the OnePlus Watch 4?
The Watch 4 runs Wear OS on a Snapdragon chip with Google Play, an ECG sensor, a titanium case and military-standard durability, and it needs Android. The Watch Lite runs OnePlus's own system, works with iPhone, lasts longer, and costs considerably less. They are different products rather than two tiers of one.
