Key features
- 4G only, for places without Wi-Fi: The camera works only with a nano SIM and data plan; it does not connect to Wi-Fi. The SIM card is not included.
- AOV and time-lapse button: Always-On Video mode wakes the camera at set intervals to make continuous time-lapse footage, and a physical button starts a time-lapse clip. EZVIZ says AOV extends human detection to 12–20 m, versus 8 m for its PIR sensor.
- Palm-sized with magnetic base: It stands on a flat surface, snaps onto metal with the magnetic base or can be screw-mounted, and supports image flipping for ceiling mounting.

EZVIZ describes the CB2 4G as an indoor camera and publishes no waterproof rating, so keep it indoors or in a sheltered, dry spot.
