Some people want face recognition but prefer a normal lever handle to a push-pull design. The DL20FVS Plus keeps the familiar lever: the lock recognises your face or palm, you press the handle and walk in. It also takes fingerprint, passcode, Bluetooth key, temporary codes, remote unlocking and a mechanical key. A wide-angle door camera feeds a 4-inch indoor screen and the EZVIZ app. It uses the 6068 lock body and a 5000 mAh rechargeable battery with USB-C emergency power, and it needs professional fitting.
Key features
Familiar lever handle with AI recognition
Once the lock recognises you, you open the door with the lever in the usual way, which suits older family members used to handles. The outdoor handle also carries a fingerprint reader. EZVIZ describes the door as locking itself once it is closed, using the 6068 automatic detection lock body.
3D face and palm vein recognition
3D depth sensing recognises registered faces from within 1 m for users about 1.2 m to 2 m tall, with EZVIZ lab figures of 1 second or less. Palm vein scanning works with the palm 15–25 cm from the sensor. Recognition data is processed locally on the lock.
Door camera and indoor screen
The outdoor camera (1080 × 1960) shows the doorstep on a non-touch 4-inch indoor screen and in the EZVIZ app, with live view, two-way talk with voice changer, and alerts when someone lingers. A 5.8G radar sensor, IR night vision up to 2 m and 8 GB of eMMC storage support detection clips.
Rechargeable battery with USB-C backup
EZVIZ quotes 4–5 months per charge of the 5000 mAh battery in Bluetooth-only mode at 10 openings a day; using Wi-Fi shortens this. If it runs flat, a power bank on the USB-C port powers the lock so you can get in.
