The DL50FVX suits households that want the door to open as they walk up, and want to see who is outside without opening it. It recognises registered faces with 3D depth sensing, and also takes palm vein, fingerprint, passcode, Bluetooth key, temporary codes, app unlocking and a mechanical key. Two cameras on the outdoor panel cover faces and the area near the floor, and a 4-inch indoor screen shows both views. This version uses the 6068 lock body and runs on two rechargeable lithium batteries. It needs professional fitting, so check your door before ordering.

3D face and palm vein recognition
Face recognition uses 3D depth sensing and works when you stand within 1 m, for users roughly 1.2 m to 2 m tall; EZVIZ lab figures quote unlocking in 1 second or less. Palm vein scanning reads the palm at 15–25 cm, which helps family members who find face or fingerprint unlocking awkward. Recognition data is processed and stored on the lock itself.
Two outdoor cameras and a 4-inch indoor screen
The upper camera (1504 × 1968, 162° diagonal) faces visitors, while the bottom camera (1920 × 1080, 152° diagonal) covers the lower part of the doorway, such as parcels left on the floor. The non-touch 4-inch indoor screen shows both views picture-in-picture. In the EZVIZ app you also get live view, two-way video calls and alerts when someone lingers at the door.
Dual rechargeable batteries with USB-C backup
The lock runs on a 5000 mAh main battery plus a 2000 mAh backup, and switches to the backup when the main battery runs low. If both are flat, a power bank on the emergency USB-C port powers the lock so you can get in. Low-battery warnings appear on the lock and in the app.
Radar presence sensing and security alerts
A 5.8G radar sensor notices people near the door, with IR night vision up to 2 m and detection clips kept on built-in eMMC storage. The app notifies you of failed unlock attempts, tampering and low battery, and the lock sounds a siren if it is forcibly removed. Cloud recording needs a paid EZVIZ CloudPlay plan.

This is Hong Kong licensed stock, covered by the local distributor's warranty; the period is shown on the warranty card in the box. Brand new. Will it fit my door?
This version uses a 6068 lock body and EZVIZ lists a door thickness of 40–120 mm. Door size, material and your current lock body must be checked first, so please WhatsApp us photos and measurements of your door before buying. The lock needs professional fitting.
Do I need a hub or gateway?
EZVIZ doesn't list a separate gateway for this lock. It connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and is set up in the EZVIZ app.
What if the batteries run out?
The lock switches to its 2000 mAh backup battery when the main battery is low. If both are flat, connect a power bank to the emergency USB-C port to power the lock and unlock it; mechanical keys are also supplied.
