FK418 is a full-size aluminium Bluetooth keyboard for people who type in dim rooms. The keys are backlit with adjustable brightness, there is a number pad, and it pairs with up to four devices. The backlight runs on its own battery, so typing continues when it runs flat.
Key features
- Backlit keys on a separate battery: You can set the backlight brightness or switch it off. It has its own 1,400 mAh battery, which Matias says typically lasts one to two weeks with moderate use, or 6 to 7 hours at full brightness.
- Up to four devices: Pair a Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android phone or PC and switch between them with a key press. The keyboard itself runs on a 1,600 mAh battery that typically lasts up to a year between charges.
- Full layout with number pad: The space grey aluminium body carries a full Mac layout with a numeric keypad. Matias scissor switches give 2.0 mm of key travel.
