ROG Gjallar is a compact 2.1.2 Dolby Atmos soundbar with up-firing drivers and a 65 W wireless subwoofer. HDMI 2.1 with eARC and 4K 120Hz pass-through suits a TV or console setup, and a desktop control hub with built-in mics handles PC chat.

Key features

  • 2.1.2 Dolby Atmos with up-firing drivers: Full-range drivers, tweeters and two up-firing channels work with a 6.5-inch, 65 W wireless subwoofer for height and bass. The up-firing effect can be switched off in Gear Link.
  • HDMI 2.1 eARC for TVs and consoles: Connect to a TV's eARC port, or run a console or PC into HDMI IN with up to 4K 120Hz pass-through to your display. Optical, AUX, USB-C and Bluetooth 5.3 are also available.
  • LCD control hub with echo-cancelling mics: The desktop hub switches inputs and EQ, controls playback and lighting, and has built-in AEC microphones for voice chat. The mics work in USB or Bluetooth mode only.

FAQ

How do I get Dolby Atmos from a TV or PC?

Use HDMI: connect to the TV's eARC port, or run the PC into HDMI IN. ASUS notes optical, AUX and Bluetooth do not carry Dolby Atmos, and a TV must support eARC and Atmos pass-through.
