TCL C7K is a quantum-dot Mini LED LCD 4K family with size-specific panel and audio differences: the 55-inch page identifies CrystGlow HVA and Audio by Bang & Olufsen, while the 50-inch page differs.
Match panel and audio to the selected size
Panel, brightness, dimming zones and audio vary with the selected size. TCL’s 55-inch Hong Kong reference page identifies CrystGlow HVA and Audio by Bang & Olufsen; its 50-inch page identifies HVA and DTS Virtual:X. Use the exact model suffix when comparing speakers and picture features, particularly for a larger-screen order.
Panel refresh and source mode
The reviewed 50- and 55-inch Hong Kong references document native 144Hz; the 55-inch reference also describes a 4K 144Hz signal path. These figures are not a specification for every C7K size. Before connecting a console or PC, check the supplied model’s accepted resolution and refresh rate, the appropriate HDMI input, cable and required TV mode. Check any accelerator mode separately from full-resolution input.
Streaming, picture settings and audio
For films, confirm the enabled HDR formats and choose settings for your actual content and room. Confirm the Google TV platform and app availability on the supplied regional unit. Apps, casting, voice services and subscriptions depend on Hong Kong support. A branded sound system does not guarantee physical overhead audio or remove the need to consider a Sound Bar.

Room fit and installation planning
For the selected size, measure the cabinet width and depth, stand footprint, seating position and delivery route. Screen diagonal is not the chassis, stand or carton dimension. Check cable clearance, ventilation, wall construction and the exact VESA/screw specification before wall mounting. If you use a Sound Bar, allow space without obscuring the picture or remote sensor.
Warranty, delivery and collection
Hong Kong licensed stock follows the actual brand/model warranty and supplied warranty-card terms; no universal three-year term is assumed. Installation is a separate paid service. Consult the TV warranty policy and delivery and installation guide for scope and conditions.
Kwun Tong premises are for stock and collection only, with no demonstration or viewing facilities. WhatsApp Elechid to discuss stock, collection and the supplied regional model.
