TV delivery with installation in Hong Kong is charged by screen size: 32 inch from HK$200, 43 to 65 inch HK$300, 75 inch HK$600, 85 inch HK$800, 98 inch HK$1,500, with wall mounting charged separately. Showroom collection is free. Old sets of 40 inch or larger may qualify for free removal.

"Stand" means delivery to your home, unboxing, fitting the stand feet and a power-on test. "Wall mount" includes bracket installation, and the wall structure has to be confirmed first.

Old TV recycling
We will take your old set away free of charge when we deliver the new one, provided it is:
- 40 inch or larger
- 10cm thick or less
Pay attention to the thickness condition: older plasma sets, early LCDs and CRT tube televisions are frequently thicker than 10cm and may not qualify. If your old set is thicker than 10cm, send us a photo on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you whether we can take it or whether it needs a separate arrangement.
Five things that catch people out in Hong Kong flats
After years of delivering here, these are where jobs actually go wrong:
- Lift door width. Hong Kong residential lift doors are typically 800–900mm wide and around 2 metres tall. An 85 inch set is about 1.9m wide and a 100 inch about 2.23m, and the carton is larger again — so it often has to go in at an angle, or up the stairs.
- Walk-ups add HK$100 per floor. A sixth-floor tenement is an extra HK$500 or more. Budget for it before you order.
- Wall mounting depends on the wall. Concrete is fine; plasterboard and light partition walls will not carry 85 inch and above (the QN80F 100 inch weighs 58.9kg without its stand). If you are not sure, send us a photo of the wall.
- TV unit width. A 65 inch is about 1.45m wide, a 75 inch about 1.67m, an 85 inch about 1.9m and a 100 inch 2.23m. Measure the top of your unit before buying.
- Outlying islands are limited. Cheung Chau and Lamma are collection at Central Pier only, with no installation. Other islands need to be confirmed with us first.
International version sets in Hong Kong
Our Samsung and LG televisions are international version, not local Hong Kong retail stock, and the warranty is provided by us. For how international-version sets work in Hong Kong and exactly what the warranty covers, see our international TV warranty policy.
TV warranty: free on-site inspection and repair within three years; replacement parts are quoted separately. Parts are quoted first and only fitted once you have approved the quote.
