TV delivery, installation,
wall mounting & old-set removal
Charged by screen size, with delivery and installation included and the bracket included for wall mounting. It is all written out, so you know the total before you order.
Delivery and installation charges
Sizes from 33 to 42 inches (a 40-inch, for example) are charged at the 43-inch rate — HK$300 tabletop, HK$600 wall mounted.
These charges include both delivery and installation, and the wall-mount price includes the bracket — you do not buy one separately.
Other ways to collect
- Collect from the showroom: free — Kwun Tong, within opening hours (11:00 – 19:00)
- Kerbside drop-off: HK$200 — we bring it to street level and you take it up yourself
- Outside Hong Kong (Macau, Taiwan and similar): please ask on WhatsApp
Surcharges
- Walk-up buildings / stairs: HK$100 per floor, with no cap — however many floors, charged by the flight
- Discovery Bay: HK$500 surcharge
Outlying islands
- Ma Wan: normal delivery, no surcharge
- Discovery Bay: normal delivery, HK$500 surcharge
- Cheung Chau and Lamma: we deliver to Central Pier for you to collect there. No installation service in these two areas — please choose the option without installation when ordering.
When it arrives
- Normally the day after you order
- We cannot yet book a specific time slot, but the driver calls an hour before setting off, so you are not waiting in all day
- No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays; all other days as normal
Installation
- Wall mounting includes the bracket — nothing extra to buy
- Plasterboard false walls depend on what is behind them and may not hold a large set
If your TV wall is a false wall, tell us on WhatsApp before ordering — we will assess it first. Far better than finding out on delivery day that it cannot be mounted.
Taking away your old TV
When we deliver the new set we can take the old one away free of charge — within these limits:
- 40 inches or larger
- Body no thicker than 10 cm
- Smaller than 40 inches
- Thicker than 10 cm
- CRT sets

Tell us these before you order
- Lift or stairs, and how many flights
- Door and corridor width — especially at 75 inches and above
- Whether the TV wall is solid or plasterboard
- Whether we should take the old set, and its size and thickness
