85 inch Smart TV
85 Inch Smart TVs in Hong Kong — From HK$10,980
85 inch is the largest size that still installs like a normal television. Above it, delivery and wall loading become the deciding factors; below it, you're compromising on scale. For a large living room, a dedicated cinema room, a sports bar or a boardroom, this is the practical ceiling — and we hold 17 models in stock, from HK$10,980 to HK$69,800, across Samsung, LG, TCL and Toshiba.
This page covers 83, 85 and 86 inch, because that's how the panels are actually made. It matters for one reason: if you want OLED at this size, you're buying 83 inch — both Samsung and LG build their large OLED at 83, not 85.

Not sure which panel technology suits you? Our Mini LED vs OLED vs QLED guide works through it, and the Best Mini LED TVs 2026 roundup compares the brightest options.
Why OLED at This Size Means 83 Inch
Both Samsung and LG manufacture their large OLED panels at 83 inch, not 85. There is no 85 inch OLED to buy from anyone. The difference is about 5 cm of picture width — invisible once you're seated — but it's worth knowing before you measure a wall recess or order a bracket.
Practically: 85 and 86 inch is where the Mini LED and Neo QLED sets are; 83 inch is where the OLED is. Pick the technology first.
For Sports Bars, Restaurants, Hotels and Offices
85 inch is the largest screen most commercial spaces can install without structural work, which makes it the default for bars, restaurants, lounges, lobbies and boardrooms in Hong Kong.
For a lit room where people watch from an angle, brightness and motion handling matter far more than black level — which points at Mini LED, not OLED. The Samsung QN70F (HK$15,980) is the sensible choice for a multi-screen fit-out, and it is the one model here we currently hold seven of. Where a single screen is the focal point, the QN85F (HK$29,980) or QN90F (HK$47,980) steps up considerably in brightness.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far should I sit from an 85 inch TV?
Two accepted standards give different answers. THX's 40° guideline puts an 85 inch set at about 2.6 metres — cinema-like, the picture filling your vision. SMPTE's 30° guideline puts it at about 3.5 metres, which feels more like watching television than being inside it. Anywhere between the two works. Below about 2.3 m you'll be turning your head to take in the frame.
Is an 85 inch TV too big for a Hong Kong flat?
It depends on seating distance rather than floor area. An 85 inch set is about 1.88 m wide. If you sit 2.6 m or more from the wall it will look right. Worth measuring before ordering — and worth checking the lift and door as well, because at this size the carton is the real obstacle.
What's the cheapest 85 inch TV you have?
The Samsung Q7F 85" at HK$10,980 — a 2025 QLED, not an old clearance model. Note that some products on this page come in several sizes; every price in the tables above is the 83, 85 or 86 inch price, not the smallest size.
Do you have an 85 inch OLED?
Nobody does — OLED is manufactured at 83 inch at this end of the range. Our 83 inch OLED options are the Samsung S90F (HK$29,980), LG B5 (HK$36,980), Samsung S85F (HK$49,980), Samsung S95F (HK$59,980) and LG G5 (HK$69,800).
Can I wall-mount an 85 inch TV?
Yes, but professional installation is strongly recommended at this size and weight. Concrete walls take the load; lightweight partition walls need reinforcement or a floor stand instead. Send us a photo of the wall on WhatsApp and we'll tell you what's needed. Delivery and installation within Hong Kong can be arranged.
What does "international version" mean, and is it covered?
International-version sets are original manufacturer stock; the interface and features are the same, and the differences are in the distribution channel and bundled accessories. Every TV we sell carries a 3-year on-site warranty — three years of free on-site checking and repair, with replacement parts charged separately. Full terms on our TV warranty policy page; other purchase questions are in the FAQ.
Can I see one in person?
Yes. Our showroom is at Room 403, Block A, Chung Mei Centre, 15 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, open 11:00–19:00. Sets this size aren't all on display at once, so WhatsApp us on +852 9847 9793 to confirm the model you'd like to see.
