Elechid Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving the product, but only for items that are defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrectly delivered.

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, change of mind, or non-defective products.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • The product must be unused or only minimally used
  • The product must be kept in its original packaging
  • All original parts and accessories must be included
  • A valid invoice or receipt must be provided
  • Each product is eligible for one return or exchange only

Exclusions

  • Gifts and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Products damaged due to misuse or human causes are not eligible

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only available for approved returns due to product defects or issues
  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

If the Same Product is Unavailable

  • Customers may choose another product of equal or lesser value
  • Customers may pay the price difference for a higher-value product
  • Any remaining balance (if selecting a lower-priced product) will be refunded

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Customers must contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving the product.

Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

Return Methods

Customers may choose one of the following methods:

  • Door-to-door collection arranged by our technician (for defective products)
  • Self-return to the following address:

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping is free if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs in other approved cases

Important Notes

  • All returns must be approved before sending back any product
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
  • Elechid reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange cases
