Log in and click "My Orders" to check status. Shipping or pickup confirmation emails will be sent.
Currency
All prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Payment Methods
Accepts credit cards, bank transfers, FPS, Alipay HK, and WeChat Pay HK.
Delivery Areas
Covers industrial, commercial, and residential areas in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Excludes remote areas and outlying islands.
Address Changes
Once confirmed, orders cannot be updated. Please verify the address before checkout.

Product Replacement
Contact customer service within 10 days for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. Late requests will not be accepted.
