Toshiba 55-inch Z670SK combines quantum dots, 128 local-dimming partitions, a 144Hz 4K panel, REGZA Engine ZRi and Google TV. Toshiba HK identifies the family as Mini LED; the sheet’s generic “Direct LED” row is not evidence that it cannot be Mini LED.
HDR and picture processing
HDR10+ is explicitly listed in the HK sheet; a full Dolby Vision/HLG/HDR10 list was not established for this exact model. The Mini LED partitions control backlight areas behind the LCD, not individual OLED pixels. Upscaling and picture modes still depend on the source quality.
