Can I talk to Alexa in Cantonese?

No — don't buy this expecting a Cantonese assistant. Alexa on this unit runs in English, and Chinese voice support is very limited, so alarms, timers, music and smart home commands all need to be spoken in English. Think about who in your household will actually be using it before you order.

Is there a Hong Kong manufacturer warranty?

There isn't. Amazon has no official retail channel in Hong Kong, so these are parallel-import units and carry no Hong Kong manufacturer warranty. What we provide is the 10-day exchange-if-faulty cover listed above.

What power adaptor does it come with?

The plug type on the bundled adaptor depends on the batch, and it will not necessarily be a UK three-pin. Ask us what we currently have in stock before ordering — a travel adaptor solves it either way and does not affect how the device runs.
