The Samsung M70H M75H 55 inch is the most affordable way into Mini LED in our range. Mini LED backlighting with Micro Dimming Supreme, the Mini LED Processor 4K, Pure Spectrum Colour and the slim Metal Stream design — at a price that undercuts most conventional LED sets of the same size.

Refresh rate, stated properly: 50Hz native with DLG 120Hz
Samsung's official specification reads 50 Hz, DLG 120 Hz. That means the panel is natively 50Hz, and reaches 120Hz through DLG (Dual Line Gate), which trades vertical resolution for refresh rate at 1080p/2K. It is not interpolation — the panel genuinely runs at 120Hz in that mode — but it is a trade, not a hidden 4K 120Hz.
All three HDMI ports run 4K at 60Hz. If you want 4K at 120Hz or above for a PS5 or Xbox Series X, this is not the set for that — look at the gaming TVs instead. For films, sport and everyday viewing, 50Hz with Motion Xcelerator is perfectly capable.

Mini LED is the reason to choose this over a conventional LED set at the same money. Micro Dimming Supreme controls the backlight in zones, so dark scenes hold their black instead of washing grey — which matters most in a Hong Kong flat where you cannot fully darken the room.

20W across two channels is enough for news and drama. Dolby Atmos is not on this model's specification, so if you want height effects it has to come from a soundbar. Q-Symphony lets the TV speakers play alongside the bar rather than switching off — see the soundbar range.

On Vision AI Companion: Samsung's own regional list does not include Hong Kong. This is an international-version set, and Samsung does not publicly state whether the feature runs on a unit switched on here — so we will not state it for them. At 1224.6mm wide and 10.0kg, this is one of the easier large sets to live with — a 1.3 metre TV unit takes it comfortably, and at 10kg one person can lift it. VESA 200 × 200 is the common small pattern, so most standard brackets fit.

Probably not for you if:
- You game on a PS5 or Xbox Series X and want 4K above 60Hz — HDMI tops out at 4K 60Hz here
- You want Dolby Atmos from the TV itself — it is not on the specification
- You need the set immediately — this is currently listed as pre-order
Warranty and provenance
This set is international version, not local Hong Kong retail stock. The warranty is provided by us.
