The HS25 suits younger kids who want cat ear headphones that light up but don't need Bluetooth. It plugs into a 3.5 mm socket, so there is no pairing and nothing to charge for listening, and iClever publishes an 85 dBA volume limit. The glowing ears run on replaceable CR2032 coin cells and have static, quick-flash and slow-flash modes. This purple version has lavender shells, mint cushions and a rainbow print. It weighs 157 g, folds, and has a 1.2 m cable for tablets, laptops and in-flight screens.

Light-up cat ears
A light button on the headband cycles through static three-colour light, quick flash, slow flash and off. The manual lists replaceable CR2032 coin cells for the lights, and there is no rechargeable battery.
Plug in and listen
A 1.2 m cable ends in a 3.5 mm plug for phones, tablets, laptops and in-flight screens with a 3.5 mm socket. The 40 mm drivers cover 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

Does it need charging?
No. It has no rechargeable battery and plugs in by cable. The cat ear lights use replaceable CR2032 coin cells.
How do I change the light mode?
Press the light button on the headband: static light, then quick flash, then slow flash, and a fourth press turns the lights off.
Will it work with an iPhone or USB-C tablet?
Only with a 3.5 mm adapter, as the HS25 has a 3.5 mm plug. For USB-C devices, the iClever C371 has a USB-C plug instead.
