LG UT801C is a 4K UHD commercial smart TV family for presentation rooms, retail content and hospitality applications. The global 55UT801C reference uses a direct LED LCD, Alpha 5 Gen 7 processing and webOS 24. ThinQ is a smart-service feature, not the operating system.
The listing previously mentioned 43/50/55/65/75 inches. The table is specifically a global 55UT801C reference: confirm the ordered size and regional suffix, because panel subtype, VESA, dimensions and deployment features can vary.

Presentations, retail and connected sources
For meeting rooms, check laptop resolution, audio routing and text size from the farthest seat. For retail content, plan the media player, USB playback format and update workflow. HDMI and USB connectivity do not by themselves supply scheduling software, a video-conferencing camera or enterprise management. Confirm the software and external equipment your project needs.
Operating hours, mounting and service
Commercial or hotel naming does not establish unlimited 24/7 use. Check the exact model’s operating limits, ventilation and intended content with the manufacturer or project documentation. Do not select mounting hardware from a generic 200×200mm claim: VESA, weight and chassis dimensions must match the ordered size. Plan power sockets, network access and service access behind the TV before installation.
LG’s Japanese43UT801C0JB reference is IPS while 50UT801C0JB is VA, showing why a panel subtype cannot be assigned to every UT801C. eARC and ALLM on the global 55 reference do not imply4K120 or VRR.
Hong Kong ordering and service
