Samsung S90F 77-inch OLED 4K
S90F combines a self-emissive 4K OLED screen with NQ4 AI Gen3 processing, OLED HDR+ and a LaserSlim chassis. Independently lit pixels can turn off in dark scenes without using an LCD backlight. It is useful for a film or gaming setup where lighting and screen position can be planned; no blanket brightness advantage, zero-motion-blur result or OLED emitter subtype is claimed.

Motion and source compatibility
For the 55/65/77/83-inch sizes, Samsung’s Australian sheet lists 100Hz native and up to 4K144 on HDMI 1/2/3/4, with VRR, ALLM, FreeSync Premium Pro and GameBar. The 144Hz maximum is for a compatible PC output and settings, not a universal native 120/144 label or every console’s frame rate. Console 120Hz modes do not need 144Hz output. All four inputs accept the listed high-rate video, but eARC is an audio-return connection to plan separately, not proof that all four sockets return audio simultaneously.
OLED HDR+ and source quality
These sizes use OLED HDR+ and HDR10+ Adaptive/Gaming in the Australian sheet. 4K AI Upscaling Pro adapts lower-resolution content, without making every source native 4K. HDR availability depends on the actual title, app, playback device and subscription; do not assume every DolbyVision-labelled stream automatically falls back to HDR10+.
40W sound and practical OLED care
The same-size reference lists 40W 2.1-channel audio, Dolby Atmos, OTS Lite, Adaptive Sound Pro and Q-Symphony. A compatible Samsung Sound Bar is sold separately; Atmos playback depends on the source and full audio chain. Vary content and follow the supplied screen-care instructions rather than treating ordinary use as an absolute guarantee against image retention.

Apps, AI functions, language support and connected-device features vary by regional model and service region; some require a Samsung Account, internet access, compatible devices or subscriptions. Confirm the services you use rather than assuming an overseas app list or tuner provides Hong Kong reception.

Does a console need 4K144 to use 120Hz?
No. A supported console 120Hz mode needs the appropriate source, game, cable and TV settings. Higher PC input rates are not a console requirement or a game-frame-rate guarantee.

No. Confirm the services and language you use for the complete supplied regional model. Internet, accounts, compatible devices and subscriptions may be required.
