The Yaber L2 combines a Google TV listing, a rotating gimbal and native 1920 × 1080 resolution for a movable home setup. For placement, start with the listed 1.17:1 throw ratio: a 100-inch 16:9 image needs approximately 2.6 metres from the lens to the screen. Measure the available distance before choosing the picture size.

Room fit: 80, 100 or 120 inches?

Throw distance equals picture width multiplied by throw ratio. Using 1.17:1 and a 16:9 image gives the planning estimates below. They are calculated values, not Elechid measurements; confirm the supplied model's lens specification and supported image-size range, and allow extra space for the body, cables and ventilation.

16:9 image Picture width Lens-to-screen estimate
80 inches 1.77 m 2.07 m
100 inches 2.21 m 2.59 m
120 inches 2.66 m 3.11 m

Streaming, positioning and sound

Google TV is listed for this L2 edition. Confirm the supplied unit's approved Netflix, Disney+ and other services, regional availability and subscription requirements. Google TV branding or phone casting alone does not guarantee every service or playback method.

The listed 360-degree gimbal helps with positioning, but rotation does not make every mounting angle suitable. Follow the manual's permitted orientation, use stable support and leave cooling clearance. Physically align the lens before using digital keystone: correction can reduce usable image area and detail.

The listed speakers are 2 × 5 W. Choose external sound only if needed for your room, and check the projector's outputs and the speaker's compatibility rather than judging sound quality by wattage alone.

Who should consider it?

  • A bedroom or living-room setup with enough lens-to-screen distance and controllable lighting.
  • Someone who wants to move the projector between rooms and can provide stable support and power at each position.
  • A Google TV setup after the required services have been confirmed for the supplied unit.

It is not a substitute for a TV in an unshaded bright room. A rotating stand also does not imply a built-in battery. Confirm the power arrangement before planning travel or outdoor use.

Warranty, delivery and collection

This listing is for Hong Kong licensed stock with local distributor warranty. Confirm the provider, duration and coverage before ordering; a merchant exchange period is separate from manufacturer warranty, and international-TV warranty terms do not automatically apply to a projector. See the warranty policy's stated scope and ask us which terms cover this unit.

Non-TV items can ship by SF Express freight-collect, with shipping paid by the customer, or be collected by appointment in Kwun Tong. Check the shipping policy and WhatsApp us to confirm stock, any pre-order lead time and collection arrangements before travelling.

Frequently asked questions

How far back for 100 inches?

With the listed 1.17:1 ratio, approximately 2.59 m from the lens for a 100-inch 16:9 image. An 80-inch image needs approximately 2.07 m. Use the actual supplied lens specification and do not measure from the rear of the projector.

Is L2 the same as L2 Plus?

No. L2 and L2 Plus are separate listings. Compare the complete model name, system, stand and lens data; specifications from L2 Plus or L2s should not be applied to this L2.

Can I project onto the ceiling?

Check the permitted orientation in the supplied unit's manual, ceiling distance, stable support and ventilation. The gimbal's rotation range alone does not confirm every position is suitable.
