Where the Q6S stops at 60Hz, the 55-inch Q7S moves up to a 120Hz panel, and that is the reason to choose it. Hisense Hong Kong's spec sheet lists 120Hz for the 55Q7S, and Hisense builds a gaming layer on top: 144Hz Game Mode PRO, AMD FreeSync Premium, ALLM and an on-screen Game Bar. Add quantum dot colour, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, and it is a compact set for a bedroom or games corner that still handles films and football properly.

A 120Hz panel with FreeSync Premium
The 55Q7S is listed at 120Hz on Hisense Hong Kong's spec sheet — double the Q6S — with variable refresh rate, AMD FreeSync Premium and ALLM all supported. That is what lets a PS5, Xbox Series X or PC deliver 120fps modes with tear-free frame pacing. Hisense also markets 144Hz Game Mode PRO and 144Hz VRR for the Q7S series, and the Game Bar overlay shows what signal the TV is actually receiving.
Three HDMI inputs on the 55-inch model
The 55-inch Q7S has three HDMI inputs supporting HDMI 2.1, eARC and CEC, one fewer than the 65-inch. In a bedroom that is usually enough: a console, a set-top box and a soundbar on eARC. Two USB 2.0 ports, optical out and Ethernet cover the rest.
Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos
Hisense lists Dolby Vision on the Q7S product page, and the spec sheet adds HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG, so streaming, disc and broadcast HDR are all handled. Sound comes from a 2 × 10W, two-driver system with Dolby Atmos decoding. It suits close-up bedroom listening; for a bigger sound, send Atmos to a soundbar over eARC.
AI processing, Filmmaker Mode and a narrow bezel
AI Picture, AI Smooth Motion, the AI 4K Upscaler and an AI Light Sensor handle day-to-day tuning, and Filmmaker Mode switches them off when you want the image as graded. The Infinity Vision chassis keeps the bezel slim, which matters when a 55-inch set sits close to you on a desk-height cabinet or on a bedroom wall. VIDAA U8.5 runs the interface with voice control and Anyview Cast.

Warranty and delivery
This is Hong Kong licensed stock carrying the manufacturer's Hong Kong warranty. The exact warranty term is stated on the warranty card supplied with the set. Viewing is by appointment at our Kwun Tong showroom.
Delivery and installation are available as paid services and are not included in the product price. For a 55-inch set, delivery with tabletop installation is HK$300, or delivery with wall mounting is HK$600 with the bracket included. Collection at our Kwun Tong shop is free. Walk-up buildings without a lift add HK$100 per floor, with no cap. Discovery Bay adds HK$500. Orders for Cheung Chau and Lamma are delivered to the Central pier for self-collection, with no installation.

Is the 55-inch Q7S a native 144Hz panel?
Hisense Hong Kong's spec sheet lists the 55Q7S at 120Hz; only the 100-inch Q7S is listed at 144Hz. Hisense markets 144Hz Game Mode PRO and 144Hz VRR for the series, but if a native 144Hz panel at 55 inches matters to you, the U7SE is the Hisense model to look at.
Which HDMI port should I use for a console?
Any of the three inputs supports HDMI 2.1, but keep the eARC input for a soundbar if you plan to add one. Use a certified high-bandwidth cable for 4K at 120Hz and check the Game Bar to confirm the signal.
Does it have a built-in subwoofer?
No. The 55-inch Q7S uses two 10W drivers with Dolby Atmos decoding. Hisense lists a subwoofer only on the 100-inch Q7S. If bass matters, pair it with an eARC soundbar or look at the U7SE, which has a 20W subwoofer.
