What the plan means
- Service term: 12 months after successful activation under the applicable plan terms.
- History window: the most recent 30 days of supported recordings; it does not retain a full year of footage.
- Check the exact camera, account region, supported device count and redemption eligibility before ordering.
- Event history and continuous 24/7 cloud recording are different. This listing does not promise continuous cloud recording.
Before activation
Use the EZVIZ App and a compatible account. Check the subscription page for the selected camera and verify that this digital key can be redeemed for it. Internet access is required for cloud uploads and viewing; the service does not replace a SIM data plan, broadband or a local recording device. Delivery is digital, with no physical shipping. Activation, expiry and renewal follow the supplied key and applicable regional plan terms; buying this key does not by itself set up automatic renewal.

When it arrives: first setup and checks
- Before redeeming, match the listed plan, camera model, account region and device allowance. If you already subscribe, confirm whether the plan can extend or stack with it.
- Follow the activation instructions supplied with your order in your own manufacturer account. Check the start date, service term and rolling recording retention separately.
- Check cloud recording status for the intended camera, allow footage to be recorded, then try playback. A working live view does not establish that recordings have been saved.
