Pet Cameras
Check cats and dogs while at work with a pet camera or a suitable indoor security camera. Start with the feeding area, cat tree or doorway you need to see. Camera position and a clear view matter alongside resolution.
Features for watching cats and dogs
- Use a fixed view for a regular activity area, or pan and tilt to inspect another direction. Check the resulting blind spots.
- Pet detection, pet tracking and sound alerts are separate features. Do not assume every model includes all three.
- Check microphone and speaker functions for two-way audio, then compare how footage is saved and whether storage has a fee.
Place the camera and cables where pets cannot chew or knock them over. If you need the beginning of an incident, check event triggering and any pre-recording support. A live view or notification does not establish that a complete clip has been saved.
