EZVIZ H8c PoE 2K pan-tilt IP camera: 350° pan, auto tracking, 12 preset positions, colour night vision and siren, powered over one Ethernet cable.

Suitable uses

Suitable for a shop entrance, corridor or viewpoint with planned network cabling. Plan the PoE connection around the site’s power and network equipment and the recording methods listed here; check recorder model and firmware compatibility.

Key features

350° pan with auto tracking: When it detects a person, the camera turns to follow them. You can save up to 12 preset positions in the app and jump back with one tap.
PoE or 12 V power: Power it from a PoE switch or NVR with a network cable, or use a 12 V 1 A adapter plus a cable to your router. EZVIZ says no adapter is supplied with the PoE version, and the cable is sold separately.
Night vision and deterrence: Black-and-white night vision reaches 30 m and colour night vision 20 m, per EZVIZ. A siren and flashing spotlights can go off on detection, and two-way talk is supported.

Warranty and delivery

This is Hong Kong licensed stock, covered by the local distributor's warranty; the period is shown on the warranty card in the box. Brand new. Kwun Tong collection is by appointment; confirm availability and a collection time before travelling. No demonstrations or product trials are provided.

FAQ

Can it use Wi-Fi if I don't have PoE?

EZVIZ lists only a wired Ethernet port for the H8c PoE. Without a PoE switch you can use a 12 V 1 A adapter for power, but it still needs a network cable to your router.

When it arrives: first setup and checks

Power up in an accessible position, and check package contents. Use the exact model's manufacturer instructions and app prompts to add it. Do not substitute another version's pairing or reset procedure.
Use the compatible PoE equipment or specified power source required by this model, with an Ethernet connection. An ordinary router LAN port does not imply PoE power.
Configure account/device security and viewing permissions using this model’s supported settings. Check date, time, notifications and framing.
Enable a supported card, NVR/hub or cloud recording method. Test recording, playback and storage location before permanent mounting. Live view does not mean recording is active.
