Toshiba 100-inch Z670SP combines quantum-dot Mini LED backlighting, native 144Hz, REGZA Engine ZRi and VIDAA. The 100-inch HK sheet lists 50W 2.1 audio with a subwoofer. These size-specific facts differ from some older retail descriptions.
Mini LED, quantum dots and HDR
Mini LED describes the backlight; quantum dots relate to colour. The LCD panel still forms the picture, so this is not OLED or self-emissive MicroLED. The HK sheet lists HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG, with Dolby Vision IQ and additional HDR gaming functions promoted on the page. The 100-inch manufacturer brightness figures are 500 nits typical and up to 1,600 nits peak. Peak figures are not shop tests and do not guarantee a specific room result.
Native 144Hz and source compatibility
Native 144Hz, VRR and ALLM are listed. The 100-inch sheet names FreeSync Premium Pro. Four HDMI inputs are provided, but the exact high-refresh port allocation and full timing matrix must be checked on the supplied HK unit; the native panel figure does not guarantee every port or resolution/refresh combination. A separate motion-rate figure is not native refresh.
Audio, VIDAA and room use
The 100-inch version has two 15W main speakers plus a 20W subwoofer. This is a real size exception: smaller Z670SP models do not carry the same subwoofer layout. VIDAA is explicitly listed in the current HK specification. Check required streaming apps and subscriptions, and plan a Sound Bar only according to your room and listening priorities.

Room fit and installation planning
For this 100-inch model, measure the cabinet width and depth, stand footprint, seating position and delivery route. Screen diagonal is not the chassis, stand or carton dimension. Check cable clearance, ventilation, wall construction and the exact VESA/screw specification before wall mounting. If you use a Sound Bar, allow space without obscuring the picture or remote sensor.

Does every Z670SP have a subwoofer?
No. The current HK sheet lists 40W 2.0 audio for 55–85 inches and 50W 2.1 with a subwoofer for 100 inches.
Is the Hong Kong version Google TV?
The current Toshiba HK sheet specifies VIDAA. Match the supplied model and firmware rather than relying on older retail descriptions.
