The Yaber C450 suits a small bedroom where the projector needs to switch between a wall and the ceiling. Its 270° rotating stand lets you change the direction without balancing the body on books. Native 720p imaging, a listed 200 ANSI lumens and a 5W speaker make it a compact option for casual evening viewing rather than detailed desktop work.
Ceiling viewing with a physical rotating stand
The gimbal is an adjustable stand: it does not actively stabilise a picture while you move the projector. Place the C450 on a firm surface, turn it towards a clear projection area and keep ventilation openings free. Automatic vertical keystone correction is listed at ±20°; positioning the lens square to the surface still gives you the best starting point.
Basco's Hong Kong specification gives a 0.94:1 throw ratio. For a 16:9 picture, an 80-inch diagonal calculates to about 1.66m from lens to surface, and 100 inches to about 2.08m. These are geometric estimates, not measured distances or body-to-wall clearances. Use the projector throw-distance and placement guide before choosing a shelf or bedside position.
Picture size, streaming and power
The 22–130-inch listed range describes possible image sizes, not equal brightness across that range. Start with a smaller picture and draw the curtains: expanding the image spreads the available light over more area. The Hong Kong listing describes a Linux AOSP multimedia system with a Netflix app. This does not establish Google TV, a Play Store or independent Netflix certification. No. The C450 decodes supported 1080p content but displays it at its native 720p resolution. Choose native 1080p if small subtitles or fine text are your priority.
Can the C450 hold the image steady when moved?
The rotating stand changes the projection angle. Set the projector down before watching and readjust its position or correction after moving it.
