Suitable uses

Suitable for a garden, entrance or outdoor viewpoint where reducing fixed power wiring helps placement. Check Wi-Fi coverage, the intended recording mode and charging arrangements; solar accessories are included only where listed for this version.

Key features

4K with two night modes: It records 3840 × 2160 at 15 fps. After dark, use the spotlights for colour video or infrared for black-and-white up to 10 m.
Spotlights, siren and two-way talk: PIR sensing with person, vehicle and animal detection can trigger the spotlights and built-in siren, which you can also control manually in the app.
Battery or solar: The 21.6Wh battery charges via USB-C, and Reolink lists its solar panel as a compatible power source.

How is it different from the Argus 3E?

Both share a 127 × 90 × 56 mm body, but the Argus 3 Ultra records 4K instead of 3MP, adds 5GHz Wi-Fi and takes microSD cards up to 512GB rather than 128GB.

Enable a supported card, NVR/hub or cloud recording method. Test recording, playback and storage location before permanent mounting. Live view does not mean recording is active. Battery models do not all support continuous recording.
