Reolink Go Ranger PT with Solar Panel 2: 4K 4G LTE pan-tilt wildlife security camera with no-glow 940 nm infrared, animal detection and a 6W panel. Needs your own Nano SIM.

Suitable uses

Suitable for monitoring a location without fixed Wi-Fi where compatible mobile coverage is available. Battery power helps with placement; arrange a suitable SIM, data plan and charging routine.

Key features

No-glow night vision: Eight 940 nm infrared LEDs light the scene up to 10 m without a visible red glow, so animals are less likely to notice the camera.
Photo or video when triggered: Motion can trigger bursts of photos, video clips, or both. Besides people, vehicles and animals, it can recognise bucks, antlerless deer and turkeys.
Pan, tilt and solar in one set: Pan 355° and tilt 140° from the app with up to 64 presets. The Solar Panel 2 comes with an adjustable bracket and a 4 m cable.

This is Hong Kong licensed stock, covered by the local distributor's warranty; the period is shown on the warranty card in the box. Brand new. Kwun Tong collection is by appointment; confirm availability and a collection time before travelling. No demonstrations or product trials are provided.

Is a SIM card included?

Plan on supplying your own Nano SIM card with a data plan. Reolink's bundled SIM is for US carriers.

When it arrives: first setup and checks

Power up in an accessible position, charging battery models as instructed, and check package contents. Use the exact model's manufacturer instructions and app prompts to add it. Do not substitute another version's pairing or reset procedure.
For 4G, check SIM activation, a suitable data plan and on-site signal. On dual-connection models, configure the 4G or Wi-Fi mode you intend to use.
Configure account/device security and viewing permissions using this model’s supported settings. Check date, time, notifications and framing.
Enable a supported card, NVR/hub or cloud recording method. Test recording, playback and storage location before permanent mounting. Live view does not mean recording is active. Battery models do not all support continuous recording.
