Reolink TrackMix LTE: 4K 4G LTE battery security camera with wide and telephoto lenses, 6x hybrid zoom, auto tracking and 355° pan. Needs your own Nano SIM and data plan.

Suitable uses

Suitable for monitoring a location without fixed Wi-Fi where compatible mobile coverage is available. Battery power helps with placement; arrange a suitable SIM, data plan and charging routine.

Key features

Wide view and close-up together: A 2.8 mm wide lens and an 8 mm telephoto lens show both views on one screen, with 6x hybrid zoom on the close-up.
Follows what moves: With 355° pan and 0–90° tilt, the camera turns to track a detected target and can store up to 32 preset positions.
4K day and night: It records up to 3840 × 2160 at 15 fps. At night, use the 450-lumen spotlight for colour, or infrared up to 30 m for black and white.

This is Hong Kong licensed stock, covered by the local distributor's warranty; the period is shown on the warranty card in the box. Brand new. Kwun Tong collection is by appointment; confirm availability and a collection time before travelling. No demonstrations or product trials are provided.

When it arrives: first setup and checks

Power up in an accessible position, charging battery models as instructed, and check package contents. Use the exact model's manufacturer instructions and app prompts to add it. Do not substitute another version's pairing or reset procedure.
For 4G, check SIM activation, a suitable data plan and on-site signal. On dual-connection models, configure the 4G or Wi-Fi mode you intend to use.
Configure account/device security and viewing permissions using this model’s supported settings. Check date, time, notifications and framing.
Enable a supported card, NVR/hub or cloud recording method. Test recording, playback and storage location before permanent mounting. Live view does not mean recording is active. Battery models do not all support continuous recording.
