Suitable for everyday monitoring in a living room, bedroom, pet activity area or small office. Choose a position that suits the fixed lens view; plan nearby power, connectivity and privacy needs.

Pano 3 suits a wide, open indoor area where you want a fixed 180-degree overview without waiting for a motorised lens to turn. Its output is Full HD 1080p, not 5MP video. Key features

  • 180° view with a 5MP sensor: The fisheye lens covers 180° horizontally, and the 5MP sensor records 1080p video. Eight infrared LEDs handle night vision.
  • Person and fall detection: It alerts you when a person appears, or when someone falls and doesn't get up within a short time. SpotCam notes fall detection is not 100% accurate and is only an extra alert, not a replacement for a carer.
  • Magnetic base, many positions: The magnetic stand lets it sit on a shelf, hang on a wall or mount on the ceiling, or stick to a metal surface, and the joint swivels to aim it.

Warranty and delivery

This is Hong Kong licensed stock, covered by the local distributor's warranty; the period is shown on the warranty card in the box. Brand new. Kwun Tong collection is by appointment; confirm availability and a collection time before travelling.

FAQ

Does it need a microSD card?

No. Recording goes to SpotCam's cloud; the free plan keeps the most recent 24 hours of continuous video, and paid plans keep it longer.

Does free 24-hour recording mean a one-day trial?

No. The free plan retains a rolling history of the most recent 24 hours of continuous video. Older footage is overwritten as new footage is recorded. A longer retention period requires a paid plan. The camera needs mains power and an internet connection for cloud recording.

When it arrives: first setup and checks

  1. Power up in an accessible position, and check package contents. Use the exact model's manufacturer instructions and app prompts to add it. Do not substitute another version's pairing or reset procedure.
  2. Use this model's supported Wi-Fi band, Ethernet or base-station connection. Pair near the router where appropriate, then check signal at the intended position before fixing it in place.
  3. Configure account/device security and viewing permissions using this model’s supported settings. Check date, time, notifications and framing.
  4. Enable a supported card, NVR/hub or cloud recording method. Test recording, playback and storage location before permanent mounting. Live view does not mean recording is active.
