The Yaber T1 Pro DeepSea Limited Edition pairs a dark navy finish with a cylindrical body and a 180-degree rotating stand. It is an appealing bedroom projector when you want to alternate between a wall and the ceiling without moving a separate mount. Elechid describes DeepSea as a colour edition of the T1 Pro; the finish is not evidence of higher brightness or a different-resolution panel.
Use the rotating stand with a realistic distance plan
The native 1920 × 1080 LCD display and 8 W Turbo Sonic speaker with Dolby Audio are useful for compact film setups. The local listing specifies 350 ANSI lumens, while Yaber's global T1 Pro specification states 220 ISO lumens. These remain separate published ratings, without a conversion or a claim that one verifies the other. Plan a darkened bedroom or evening viewing rather than a sunlit wall.
The 1.18:1 throw ratio is stated locally and by Yaber. For an uncorrected 16:9 picture, it calculates to approximately 2.09 m for 80 inches and 2.61 m for 100 inches, measured from lens to projection surface. These are geometric estimates, not measured results; allow cable and ventilation space. For ceiling viewing, measure the actual lens-to-ceiling distance, not floor-to-ceiling height. Consult the throw-distance and placement table.
Linux does not automatically mean no streaming apps
Basco's exact Hong Kong page names the DeepSea edition and specifies authorised Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. Linux therefore does not establish a need for an external dongle. Confirm the supplied firmware and any other services you use; the named licences do not guarantee every app. A compatible separately purchased HDMI streamer remains an option for an absent service, with subscriptions and regional availability checked separately.
Wireless mirroring of personal videos is a different playback path from opening a supported app on the projector. Protected services may block a mirrored picture even when the phone plays normally. The phone-casting black-screen guide explains the checks to make before buying around a particular phone.

Practical questions
Can I take it camping without another power source?
Portability describes carrying convenience. Basco specifies 75 W consumption, with no internal-battery runtime stated; arrange suitable mains power and confirm the power equipment before outdoor use.
Does the stand guarantee a full-size ceiling picture?
No. Distance, ceiling finish and available surface determine the picture. Automatic alignment can shrink the image to avoid an obstruction; digital keystone can reduce detail. Keep the optical path clear and use the white-wall, ALR and CLR screen guide when choosing a surface.
