Key Features
Bose's Best-Ever ANC + ActiveSense
The second generation refines what was already the industry benchmark: ActiveSense smooths sudden spikes — a train arriving, a slammed door — rather than only holding back steady background hum. Quiet Mode seals you off; Aware Mode keeps the world audible.
Lossless USB-C Audio (new to 2nd gen)
Connect to a compatible USB-C audio source, such as a supported phone or computer, for 16-bit / 44.1kHz or 48kHz lossless audio from compatible files, without Bluetooth compression. A USB-C socket alone does not guarantee audio support; check the source device and playback app.
aptX Lossless + Snapdragon Sound
Wireless aptX Lossless and aptX Adaptive gaming features require a compatible Snapdragon Sound source device; they are not available over iPhone Bluetooth. An iPhone can still pair over Bluetooth for listening, noise cancelling and Bose app controls. USB-C lossless is a separate wired connection requiring a compatible USB-C audio source and compatible content.
CustomTune Personalisation
Each time you put them on, a test tone maps the shape of your ear canal and calibrates both sound and noise cancelling to it — not one tuning for everyone.
Immersive Audio + Cinema Mode
Immersive Audio pushes the stage outside your head — closer to speakers than to headphones. The new Cinema Mode tunes for video: dialogue anchored centre, ambience spread wide. Made for series marathons and films.
Comfort That Lasts the Full Charge
Plush cushions and a pressure-distributing headband — 30 hours of battery matched by all-day wearability. It is what the QuietComfort name has always meant.

| Sony WF-1000XM6 | HK$2,599 | Flagship earbuds |
The short version: maximum noise cancelling and all-day comfort — this over-ear; pocketable and discreet — the two earbuds above.

Frequently Asked Questions
What changed from the first generation?
Battery 24 → 30 hours, quick charge 15 minutes now gives 3 hours instead of 2.5, plus new lossless USB-C audio and Cinema Mode, and further-refined ANC. Fit and look are close to unchanged.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 30 hours; about 23 with Immersive Audio on. A 15-minute charge gives roughly 3 hours; a full charge takes about 3 hours.
What is lossless USB-C audio?
The included USB-C cable can carry digital audio from a compatible USB-C phone or computer. Bose specifies 16-bit audio at 44.1kHz or 48kHz from compatible source files. Check device, cable and playback-app support; charging support alone does not establish USB audio compatibility.
Which features work with an iPhone?
You can pair an iPhone over Bluetooth for listening and noise cancelling, and use the Bose app for supported settings. iPhone Bluetooth does not support these Snapdragon Sound aptX features. Wired USB-C audio is separate: confirm that your exact iPhone and playback setup support USB-C audio and the relevant source format; do not assume that every iPhone connector works the same way.
What colours are there?
Black, white smoke, midnight violet, driftwood sand and desert gold — all five currently in stock. Confirm your preferred colour and collection time on WhatsApp before travelling.
What listening modes are there?
Quiet (full ANC), Aware (transparency with ActiveSense spike control), Immersive Audio and Cinema Mode — switched and customised in the Bose app.
