Hisense 75-inch Q6S is a quantum-dot 4K LCD TV with direct LED backlighting, VIDAA and a native 60Hz panel. Hisense’s separate HSR 120Hz label must not be read as native 120Hz or guaranteed full-resolution 4K 120Hz input.
Picture and everyday viewing
The 75-inch HK sheet lists HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, with 350-nit typical brightness as a manufacturer figure. Quantum dots relate to colour reproduction; this remains a direct LED LCD rather than zoned Mini LED or OLED. For films and sport, adjust the picture mode and room lighting to your preference rather than assuming processing guarantees better detail from every source.
60Hz gaming and eARC
The published VRR window is 48–60Hz, with ALLM. HSR and the series’ 144Hz promotional tile do not establish native high-refresh performance. For a particular gaming setup, check supported resolution, refresh, HDR and VRR together. eARC can connect a compatible Sound Bar or receiver; the actual source codec and TV passthrough support determine audio, so no universal lossless-Atmos promise is made.
VIDAA and built-in sound
VIDAA is the listed smart platform. Apps and subscriptions depend on the Hong Kong service and installed firmware. The 75-inch speaker rating is 2 × 15W with Dolby Atmos/Dolby Digital listed. Built-in processing is not the same as a dedicated height-speaker installation.

Room fit and installation planning
For this 75-inch model, measure the cabinet width and depth, stand footprint, seating position and delivery route. Screen diagonal is not the chassis, stand or carton dimension. Check cable clearance, ventilation, wall construction and the exact VESA/screw specification before wall mounting. If you use a Sound Bar, allow space without obscuring the picture or remote sensor.

Frequently asked questions
Does HSR 120 mean a native 120Hz panel?
No. The HK sheet lists 60Hz and a separate HSR 120 figure. Do not use the latter as proof of 4K 120 input.
Is Q6S Mini LED?
No. It uses quantum-dot colour with direct LED backlighting; Mini LED is a different backlight design.
