Samsung S85F 77-inch OLED 4K
S85F combines self-emissive OLED pixels with NQ4 AI Gen2 processing and OLED HDR. The Contour chassis is distinct from the LaserSlim S90F. It is a film, sport and gaming option where screen placement and room lighting can be planned; OLED colour technology does not establish a particular QD-OLED or WOLED emitter type.

Motion and source compatibility
The manufacturer references document 4K120 on all four HDMI inputs. The Hong Kong 77-inch page lists 120Hz; the Australian size sheet lists 100Hz native. Keep those regional labels separate. VRR and ALLM help a compatible source coordinate its output; they do not guarantee every game reaches 120fps or an unmeasured input-lag figure. Console 120Hz modes do not need 144Hz or 165Hz.
OLED HDR and 20W sound
The reference supports OLED HDR and HDR10+ Adaptive/Gaming. 4K AI Upscaling adapts lower-resolution content; it cannot recreate detail absent from the source. HDR playback depends on the title, app and playback chain, rather than a promise of every HDR format.
Sound is 20W with two channels, Dolby Atmos, OTS Lite, Adaptive Sound Pro and Q-Symphony—not a 70W discrete surround system. A compatible Sound Bar is sold separately. Follow the screen-care instructions and vary prolonged static material.
