TCL 75-Inch C7L SQD-Mini LED 4K Smart TV (Hong Kong Licensed) Overview
The C7L is where TCL's serious picture line begins: 1,352 independent dimming zones on the 75-inch, brightness up to 3,000 nits and colour stretched to 100% BT.2020, on an HVA 2.0 Pro panel with a 0.5% low-reflection film. There is audio news too: for 2026 TCL's upper lines switched to Bang & Olufsen tuning. Hong Kong licensed, manufacturer warranty.

1,352 Zones and 3,000 Nits: Numbers That Talk
Local dimming means highlights and shadows get handled separately - more zones, less blooming, firmer blacks. C7L's 1,352 is a genuinely serious count (many rivals at this level run dozens), and 3,000-nit peaks give HDR highlights real punch. Gaming runs the full 4K 144Hz path with FreeSync Premium Pro; the 288 figure is an accelerator mode (HDMI 1 and 2, 288Hz source), not native. The step up is the C8L (nearly double the zones and brightness); the previous generation is our C6K. For the full ladder: our TCL TV lineup guide.
Licensed Stock: Warranty and Reception
This is Hong Kong licensed stock: warranty runs through TCL's official Hong Kong channel (per our warranty policy, licensed sets carry the brand's own warranty - term as published by TCL Hong Kong), and the spec follows Hong Kong's DTMB broadcast standard, so aerial reception of local free channels is native and our installer tunes it for you.
Delivery and Installation
75-inch delivery with tabletop setup is $600, or $1,200 with wall mounting (bracket included); free pickup at our Kwun Tong shop, collection-only with no demo units and no side-by-side viewing. Frequently Asked Questions
C7L or C8L?
C7L: 1,352 zones, 3,000 nits. C8L: 2,584 zones, 5,500 nits - one tier up in light control and highlights. For everyday living rooms the C7L is plenty; chase the ultimate and take the C8L.
Is the 144Hz native?
TCL states the full signal path supports 4K 144Hz, so a PS5 runs its full 4K 120Hz. The separate 288 figure is an accelerator mode (HDMI 1 and 2, 288Hz source required), not native 288.
How does the licensed warranty work?
Hong Kong licensed stock runs on TCL's official Hong Kong warranty channel, term as published by TCL Hong Kong.
